At Summit Global Education, we design academically rigorous study abroad programs built around two core ideas: place matters and movement is part of the learning.
Since 2011, our programs have taken students through Europe and Brazil—not just to see cultural landmarks, but to study how businesses, institutions, and communities function across borders. Students engage directly with local economies, startup ecosystems, and global challenges through structured coursework and curated site visits in cities like Barcelona, Berlin, Prague, Lisbon, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.
Our Model: Summit + Trek

All programs are led by experienced university faculty and designed in collaboration with international academic partners to ensure transferability of credit. Our curriculum blends international business, cross-cultural communication, and innovation-driven learning. Students don’t just learn about globalization — they live inside it, building the skills to think critically, work across cultures, and contribute meaningfully in an interconnected world.
Summit Global Education is open to students from any university, with courses structured to satisfy academic requirements while offering the kind of transformative experiences that traditional study abroad often lacks.

Our Model: Summit + Trek
Each program combines:
- A Summit Phase — two weeks anchored in one city, focused on classroom learning, guest lectures, and local site visits. Students build foundational knowledge in international business, culture, and innovation while forming teams and starting academic projects.
- A Trek Phase — a mobile academic field school across 2–3 additional cities (e.g. Berlin, Paris, Lisbon), where students continue their coursework while traveling. Professors lead the group throughout, delivering lectures in university classrooms, partner campuses, and professional conference spaces. Field visits are integrated directly into the curriculum, and students maintain a full academic workload — including presentations, field research, and reflection assignments.

Academic Credits:
