- Weekend or Day-trips from Rio:
During the Study Abroad program in Rio, students will have free time to explore the city or nearby attractions. Class on Saturday morning will be followed by free time Saturday afternoon and Sunday. While the hotels will continue to be paid for back in Rio, many students may wish to venture a little further on their own, and Summit will encourage students to do so. We can help by suggesting transport, hotels and activities in each destination.
