Enrolled in university (or recently graduated). Both Undergraduate and Graduate students are welcome to apply.
2.2 Grade Point Average (GPA) 77/100 for international students.
Students with a lower GPA should submit an additional letter of reference, preferably from a professor, along with a brief letter explaining the circumstances of the lower GPA.
Cancellation Policy:
Students wishing to withdraw from the program must do so in writing. The amount of refund available is defined solely by the date that the written notification is received. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
The confirmation deposit ($500) is non- refundable. All other fees may be refundable, within the following dates:
Students that notify of their intent to withdraw from the program with more than 8 weeks before the start date of their program are entitled to a full refund, minus the $500 confirmation deposit.
Between 4 and 8 weeks, students are liable for $2000, which includes the confirmation deposit.
Students that withdraw from the program less than 4 weeks prior to its start date are liable for the full cost of the program and are not eligible for any refund
Paperwork: If you are traveling from a country that does need a visa to travel to a Summit program, then Summit Global Education can help by issuing some of the necessary paperwork for you to present to the nearest consulate. These papers may include: (1) verification that you are indeed enrolled in the study abroad program, (2) that you have paid in full, and (3) that hotels have been booked on your behalf. Before issuing these papers, Summit will need you to apply, pay the $500 confirmation payment, and set up your payment plan. If the visa is formally denied, the student may request a full refund (minus a $40 application fee). To request this refund, please email director @ SummitGlobalEducation.com and include digital (scanned) copies of the rejection letters.
