Payment Deadlines

• $40 application fee at the time of application
• First payment of $500 is due on December 18th, 2015
• Second payment of $500 is due by February 18th, 2016
• Third payment of $500 is due by April 1st, 2016

• Final payment due date: All payments should be complete by May 1st, 2016
